Woodworking Projects

Gun vise and yes the sweet little Swedish Mauser has a home grown walnut stock.

My first cabinets. Vanity, medicine cabinet, and upper cabinet for the bathroom in my new live in shop. I'll put the crown molding on after I get the cabinets installed.

The bathroom doesn't have a window in it so I wanted light colored cabinets. I figured ash would be perfect. Most people don't have any idea what kind of wood I used.

Red oak kitchen base cabinets for the shed. The short cabinet on top gets an old time cast iron "farmers sink" on top. Has a deep bowl, large drain board, and high back splash. Should be perfect for cleaning fish.

I'll put the counter tops and toe kicks on after I get the cabinets in place.

Still making and learning from my mistakes. Should have this cabinet making thing down by the time I get done building all of them. Working on about 40' of the upper cabinets now.

Oak fishing rod holder. I made it to give brother-in-law and new wife for a wedding present as they both like to fish. Wife said it wasn't appropriate for a wedding present but I never was very a good listener so I gave it anyway. B-I-L told me later that it was the only thing they got that was really useful.
