Description:
              
Starmenu is a different type of menu. The menu items are presented by
a star growing larger. Also the menu items blink when they are pressed
and a cursor arrow marks which item is pressed.

Configuration:

* "demicron" (must be "www.demicron.se") Required parameter.
* "reg" (must be "A00037") Required parameter.
* "background" (hexadecimal color value) The background color.
* "foreground" (hexadecimal color value) The menu text foreground color.
* "shadow" (hexadecimal color value) The color of the shadow.
* "fontsize" (integer number) The font size menu text.
* "font" ("Helvetica", "TimesRoman", "Courier", "Dialog", "ZapfDingbats") The 
  font type menu text.
* "displace" (integer number) The diagonal displacement of the shadow in 
  relation to the menu text. Should be around 5.
* "italic" (text "yes" or "no") Do you want the menu font to be italic?
* "bold" (text "yes" or "no") Do you wan the menu font to have the bold
  fontstyle?
* "urlxx" (text) URL to switch to when clicked.
* "target" (text) The target frame.
* "itemxx" (text) The text of menu item xx.
