the same zip-file as this document, you are consenting 
to be bound by this License Agreement. If you do not 
agree to the terms of the License Agreement, you are 
not allowed to use the applet. From here on "the applet 
that is distributed in the same zip-file as this document"
is referred to as "the applet".


License Agreement

This document is a legal Agreement between you, the licensee, 
and Citerus. Please read this Agreement carefully before using 
the applet. By using the applet, you accept the terms of this 
Agreement. You are required to delete the files if you do not 
agree to the terms of this Agreement. Any legal issues arising 
from this licence agreement, its interpretation or otherwise, 
is subject to Swedish law.


1. Copyright 
This software program (the "Software") is owned 
by Citerus and is protected by international copyright 
laws and international trade provisions.

2. License 
Citerus grants you rights to use the applet 
on your private internetpages. The applet may not be used
in a commercial context. 

3a. Decompile restrictions 
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, modify the applet
in any other way than what is possible by changing parameters
in the Applet-tag body, or other-wise use the Software except 
as expressly stated in this Agreement. 

3b. Copy restrictions
The applet may be copied/distributed as long as this is true:
	i)  All the files that is in the original zip (see citerus
	site) is packed as a zip-file with the same name as 
	the original zip (i.e. the same file). That means that
	this file (license.txt) for instance, always have to
	be in that package.
	ii) The distribution isn't commercial or the files is been 
	charged for.

3c. Copyright information
A consequence of 3a/3b: The applet should at all time be 
distributed with the copyright information in the 
applet-startup-sequence. Also the Linkwindow should
always appear when the applet is been clicked. 
 
4. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate 
this license at any time by destroying all copies of the applet. 
This license will terminate automatically, without notice from 
Citerus, if you fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon such 
termination, you shall destroy all copies of the applet.

5. No warranties
Citerus grants no warranties express or implied, 
regarding the applet and related materials, their fitness for a 
particular purpose, their quality or their merchantability. 

6. No liability for consequential damages 
In no event shall Citerus, be liable for any damages, including 
any loss of profits, or other incidental or consequential 
damages, arising out of your use or inability to use the applet or 
written materials, even if Citerus, has been advised of 
the possibility of such damages.
