Lumbermate 2000 value

Hello, have a Norwood Lumbermate 2000 that my father bought a number of years ago that's been sitting in a shed for the last 7-8 years unused, and looking to sell it. Frame is 20'long, has the trailer/towing package, 23 HP Briggs twin engine, auto lube, plus we have a log loading package that's new in the boxes, never put on the machine. condition of the unit is pristine, in other words, it doesn't have alot of mileage on it. found some older posts discussing the value of these units but they are 5-6 years old. finding any other value related info online is difficult. I have to take down a Tulip Poplar that is about 28 inches at the base guessing 60-70 foot high on the side of a hill and leaning. Any advice or tips to prevent bad things like barber chairs etc???

I'm in search of a manual for the reverser box in front of the main transmission. Specifically, I'm looking for the orientation of the fork on the shaft and the position of the detent grooves. If anyone has any photos, that would be a huge help.

Expired peanut oil.

I've got 4.5 gallons of expired/ unused peanut oil. Thinking of putting it in the lubemizer. Any reasons not to? Used some grape seed oil once at a large commercial mill. Smelled good. Thanks
