Tension upgrade. We upgraded the belt tension system again, this is the last time and its proving to be extremely successful. The specs on the custom made spring are----> Wire 11.2mm HB OD 62.5mm TT 24 FL 350mm Initial tension 1575N or 160kgs Rate 50 N/mm Safe deflection 65mm Spring in service is open to FL 395mm this = deflection of 45mm and a load of 390kgs.
