Estimated volume of timber on commercial forest land that could be cut annually for the next 10 years while improving tree stocking and bringing about a more even distribution of age classes. Annual managed harvest is considered separate from harvest cuttings and thinnings and is determined by computer using an area control system that specifies the number of acres to be cut annually |
