Donkey		1.) Also known as a yarder. 2.) In cable yarding, A portable engine mounted on a vehicle and equipped with cable and winch drums. 3.) In logging, a portable engine mounted on a sled and equipped with a drum and cable. May be designated by the special use to which it is put, such as yarding, skidding, roading, or loading.
