Oh no Kbeitz!   I feel your pain.  Lost my best friend on the 19th of December last year.  I still think of him daily and last night I had a dream that he and I were hiking in the mountains. Something that we did several times a week until his hips got so bad that he couldn't go anymore.  So sorry bud, he looks like he enjoyed being involved in the milling process.

Go to work?  Probably Knott.  Because I cant.

Oh no. That is so sad to hear.
I lost my little Boo-Boo a few years back. I could not get out the door without him. And if he was outside,he would come to me and lead the way.

So sorry to hear. As often as I've been through it, it still hits me so hard
I believe in the hereafter, because every time I take two steps into the tool crib to get something I wonder " what did I come in here after"

If nothing else I'm always a good last resort or the guy to hold up as a bad example

They each have their own personality and goofy things they do. I have lost somewere around 10 over the years several were guard dogs for the sheep so they were not really pets. The one we have now is a very strange one. It gets hard to replace them.

Sorry to hear that Kevin, I know the loss you're feeling, when they worm their way into our hearts and can make even the bad days seem better by laying their head on our knee it's hard to let them go. He looks like he loved being at your side.

KB,

Sorry for your loss.  I feel your pain, I lost my little buddy Thanksgiving, between the turkey and the pumpkin pie.  She had no health issues, 10 years old, no warning... gone in 60 seconds.  My wife said that 5 of her FB friends have lost dogs in the past two weeks.  Sad times.
