Makita DCS 4601-20.......Opinions????

I have the chance to purchase a Makita DCS 4601-20. These saws list for over $500, I can pick one up for a little less than $300.
I believe these are the same as the Dolmar with the same model  number. Does anyone have any experience with either one? Are these Makita saws made by Dolmar?
