Sunday coming home from a friends house we went by a old farm buildings and it looked like a junk man lived there because there was trailers loaded with scrap iron. As we passed I noticed a three head block sawmill carriage setting on one of the trailers. Sunday night I layed in bed thinking what a shame to scrap it. Monday morning I go to the woods and when I stopped for a few minuites to rest my mind goes back to the three head block carriage  :D. Around three I called my wife and said I  am out of the woods but was taking a side trip and would be home in a hour or so. I drive over to this fellows house and he is airing some tractor tires up. I asked him about the mill and he told me it was his dads and that he passed away a year ago, and he thought he would set it up and his boys would saw a loge every now and then. I was tickled that he was interested in it and now I would sleep a bit better and better yet I need another sawmill like I need another hole in my head. I told him the most fun for me was setting a mill up and getting it to saw the first board and after that it was nothing but hard work  ;D I hate to see thing go to the junk yard at least this one has a future.
