Mack me a defibrillator

Got a new to me Mack CH613.   Went to the local dealership for a new engine oil filler cap.   Something so simple was better than 50 bucks.    *DanG near needed the defibrillator to shock my heart back into rhythm.   Now I need to replace a hose.

Where does FF buy their parts from for Macks?  or do you get a vaccine against sticker shock?
