Walnut log prices

What are 4 and 3 sides clear logs going for in your area. I'm looking for really good sawlogs again. It's always cheaper to deal with the tree companies but the junk and metal comes with it.

Im simply wondering what sawmills are paying for Walnut.

3 sides clear seem to be going for around 4 a foot around here.

Veneer and low grade veneer seem to be about 5 to 9 a foot.

Usually for good saw logs in the upper grades it would probably be 18" and up. 12" log with a small sap ring might be nice, but I don't think it would bring veneer or low grade veneer prices, at least in my area.
