Hello  fellows I have purchase this saw blade through Amazon.
I was happy when I have my eight cuts. Net day I came to do a cut in 4 cm square tube is not cutting like used be it got dull. I was surprise what happean why did the blade get dull after eight cuts. I am using Bosch chop saw. Dose anybody run into problem, like that .?
Do I need to use a special chop saw or any regular chop saw will do.

Entering the cut before the blade gets up enough speed can cause the some premature dulling and can break the tips as well. It might be worth looking up the specs on the Evolution chopsaw and compare RPM specs to your Bosch. It may be spinning too fast it too slow. There are chopsaws specifically for running a carbide tipped metal chopsaws blade.

Looks like the blade it's self says 1500RPM max. The evolution chop saw for that blade says it runs 1450RPM no load if that helps.

Metal cutting blade saw run at a much lower RPM and cost much more.
The speed destroyed your blade.
