A sad day indeed :'( It warmed my heart the post he had about taking his granddaughter with him on the truck for the day. That's a memory she will have now for the rest of her life for sure. I will certainly miss his posts on here, condolences to the family and snowstorm, may he rest in peace.

A shocker indeed.    RIP woodhauler.
Make sure you know how to fall properly when you fall and as to not hurt anyone around you.
Also remember, it's not the fall what hurts, its the sudden stop. !!

I thought of Woodhauler as a fellow trucker and enjoyed his words. I was especially comforted when I saw a picture of him. Just like what he should have looked like!

Condolences to his family and those that met him here and friends. He was quite active here always giving his perspective on logging and hauling wood for local mills. Sad in deed.  :(

snowstorm

its gonna seem kinda odd not to have that phone ring 4 or 5 times a day with him complaining about something usually verso he would say they are all done and i would tell him they will be fine. one argument i let him win. he always said he was several years older than me. he wasnt. it was the other way around

Bert

Very sorry to hear this. My condolences to all. He seemed like a stand up guy and genuine to the core. I will miss his posts on the forum.
