If I ate anything like that for any meal I'd me in the crapper for the next 24 hours ;)

I could go for that, I like spicy food although there is a limit. One of my favorite breakfasts is huevas rancheros with corn tortillas and black bean and corn salsa but I would have to learn how to make my own, Tex-Mex restaurants are hard to find here. Taco Bell doesn't count. :D

Well it was going to be catfish till I realized I didn't have any cabbage for slaw. Fish without slaw is, or should, be a sin.
Give me a new saw chain and I can find you a rock in a heartbeat.

Tonight was Michigan in Mississippi.

If I have peas I like mashed potatoes with them. Roll my peas over into the potatoes and scoop them up together. That way the peas don't roll around.

The Supper topic went to Grits, we eat Dinner at noon, and this was the evening meal that we call Supper, but on Labor Day when I did not "labor", this meal was super smacking good:

PatD rustled up a batch of skillet fries while

I skewered some shrimp, pineapple, and sauté mushrooms.

Brushed them with a butter/seasoning mixture and then sprinkled them with Tony's.

To the grill they went.

They looked even better on our plates.   food3
