Hey Fellas
I am looking to upgrade my twin blade sawmill to cut a 12 inch board and use inserted bits. My existing blades have a 8 hole mounting arrangement typical to a peterson blade i am told. The existing blade spec is 660mm.
4.25mm Plate thickness
8T.
40mmB.
.247 kerf
4-12mm.PH-104mmBC. 4-12mm.PH-114mm.BC.40DG.HK.LH.CS.

I was hoping to use the same drive shaft and arbor if possible. I remember someone on here stating that the rim speed needs to stay around 10k ft/min so i will adjust the sheaves to accomplish that but im unsure how many teeth to spec and the gullet area so i was hoping to find someone that has the spec for there blade that fits the size range with inserted tooth and i can get one built with my mounting holes spec.

Any help would be appreciated greatly.
