Hi I'm new to this so would appreciate whatever help I can get, I recently froze up my MS070 clone which had a stihl 36 inch bar (.404 by .063 with 104 drive links. with a ripping chain for use with my Alaskan 36 inch mill. So I purchased a stihl MS660 used with a 3/8 by 7 tooth sprocket on it. Can I get a .404 sprocket for this saw so I can use the 36 inch bar and chain on the new saw instead of having to buy a new bar and ripping chain

Welcome to the scrum! If it has separate drum and sprocket which it probably does
just change the rim.

First check to make sure the bar will fit, I think the 070 uses the large mount like the 090, 084 & 088.

I would be interested to know if the bar is in fact the old 070 mount or if being on a clone is the modern version .
