Carco c3 winch?

My grandfather has an old Oliver crawler tractor with a carco c3 winch.  The crawler no longer runs, and would be very pricey to get it running again.  My grandfather and I are tossing around the idea of getting another crawler for cutting firewood and chores around the camp and was wondering what other dozers a c3 winch would fit?  Would it fit on a Deere 350 or 450?
