It is a '10' series, maybe 2-10 or 4-10. Check Chainsaw Collectors Corner>Chainsaws>McCulloch then scroll down to this series. Most descriptions have an accompanying picture.

Let's see if Mr McCulloch @Al Smith can help.

It's a 1-10 if it has a manual oiler.  2-10's had a black plastic dipped handlebar and a black filter cover, with automatic oiling.  Late 60's vintage.

It could be anything from a 1-10 to a 10-10- minus the 6-10 which has popit type decompression valve and is 4.3 cubic inches. The others are 3.3 cubic inches .

Most of them had a silver number plate under the air filter .If you go to "chainsaw collectors corner" and look up from 1-10 to 10-10 right hand start there is a list of those numbers .However keep in mind with it's age it could be parts from several saws as there was great interchangeability .
McCulloch made this series of saws from some time in the 60's up to 1998 .One of the longest run of that one style  type in all chainsaws ever made .Good old saws ,many are still cutting firewood until this very day .
