Hello, friends!
I want to share a new job.
In the mountains made convective drying with thermo. I did the experiment first.
Drying of cedar and larch is of different thickness.
Board 32mm; 52 mm; 70 mm; 150 x 150 mm, 100 x 100 mm. The result is good.
Two guys took the camera. Work drying in wood, steel. The work of air in drying is natural.
Volume of 40 m3.
Not vacuum.
1. No fan
2. No humidification system
3. No steam generator

Drying, thermo 14 days.
Humidity 1%, after 5 days humidity 5%. See the photo.
Your opinion on my work?
Sergey

Take steps to save steps.

If it won't roll, its not a log; it's still a tree.  Sawmills cut logs, not trees.

Kiln drying wood: When the cookies are burned, they're burned, and you can't fix them.

Sawing is fun for the first couple million boards.

Be smarter than the sawdust

Hello friends!
I came to the mountain Sayan. Local traditions every tourist should ask the Spirit to enter the mountain! In these mountains there was a trail of Genghis Khan conquered Eastern Europe, Asia and China. We performed this ritual! Thanks friends for the nice review of my work!
We're all watching American forestry forum, Your opinion is dear to us.
We are very similar to each other - it's good!
