I'm getting saw dust building in my gullets. I'm sawing green Sitka spruce. I mill saws good with a fresh blade but gets warm once the gullets build with dust. I use diesel for lube. Timberym100 electric.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you mean it stays in the gullet and does not throw sawdust? When you stop the blade are the gullets full of sawdust?  What pitch blade are you using? Are the blade
gummy from pitch?  How about a pic.

I don't have any advice, but do wonder if your logs are frozen.

Have you tried pine sol, water and dish soap instead of diesel?

ill add to Ozarkgems line of question,  what are the teeth set at?

I mill a lot of Sitka Spruce from Alaska and have found the 7 degree blade set at 28-30 thousand works best for me. I also lube using water and pine-sol. The Sitka is abrasive and does cause heat build-up in wide cuts. I usually change blades between 300-700 bf.
