Simplicity bandsaw mill

I am new to the forum although I have been a lurker for quite some time. It has been an education. Thanks. After months of research I decided to purchase a Simplicity Sawmill. I visited  Ron and Burt in Hillsdale, NY and sawed some logs with their mill and that sealed the deal.  If anyone has a Simplicity I sure would like to pick your brain about operating it, log handling, etc. Also, any tips on sawing ash would be greatly appreciated. The mill is mainly for personal use and very limited custom sawing. Thanks in advance, Jim.

As I don't have that mill all I can say is welcome and  congrats on your purchase. Pictures are always nice. ;D
