« on: March 13, 2017, 01:48:35 pm »
Ok I'm working on a mantle thats basicly two cuts on the bandsaw mill ( top and back ) its been debarked and I want it to stay as white as I can but still be protected above the fire place
Whats the best product to use?  two part epoxy, log sealant, or is there something better

The question is how hot is it going to get? 2 part epoxy or Poly. You won't tell much difference. If they can't see the top I would use Poly. Cheaper and easier to apply.
