How do you tell the difference between a Stihl MS 261 and a Stihl MS 261C-M? I purchased what I thought was the MS 261 C-M and wanted to make sure this is what I purchased. I can't tell the difference between the two. If anyone can shine some light?

The CM has a cumputer controlled carburetor so it will not have holes in the cover to use a screw driver on the carburetor. The CM will show a decal on the side of the pull start assembly cover that says stihl ms261c, not a cm in canada

Got it! Thanks guys! I have the M and the newest version. It has M on the side after the 261. 261M it is and I wasn't sure because I just found out this afternoon there is a M version and non M.

Thank you everyone for the help.
