1958 Corley #8 Sawmill for sale SOLD
« on: October 26, 2016, 09:03:15 am »
Corley sawmill for sale  $ 1,600 / Make offer

I am helping a buddy of mine's father sell this sawmill.
I talked to a Corley engineer and he told me it was a 1958 #8
It is located in Ft Washington Maryland.
Purchaser will have to arrange transportation.
It looks to be all there but he never ran it.
This does not have a power unit, you will need to supply one.
It has a sawdust blower. I have never seen one of these on a circle mill.
It has a nice looking 60" blade. I'm sure the blade alone is worth more than the asking price!

Here's some pix.

If you purchase this mill you get to meet Russel, he is a great guy who has a wealth of information on many subjects including sawmills. He is truly a pleasure to talk to and has made some amazing things in his shop.

Yes and yes. He has a skid steer and is familiar with breaking down the mill.

As soon as payment is received, i expect it would take a day or 2 to break it down.

I thought I'd bump this up and add that the price is VERY negotiable.

He would like to see someone get this mill that will use it for parts or make it run again.

Again, feel free to pm me or reply here with any questions.
