If you leave a pile of lumber stickered after kiln drying to 6-8% will any sticker stain be exacerbated?
Is it best to dead stack it relatively soon (within days) of pulling from the kiln?

Only if it becomes rewetted.  If you store it under cover and the boards and stickers were fully dry you should not get any stain.

Ditto.  Stain requires above 40% MC or even higher to develop.

Taking it off sticks does slow MC changes in storage considerably.
