Nasty fall

A close friend took a tumble the other morning  and is off work for at least three weeks. As his truck was being loaded with long logs he walked along the frost coated brow log to check his scales. He slipped, bounced off the load and landed under it wrenching his knee. He knows better after over 40 years of trucking, just got careless for a moment.

 It only takes a second to make a mistake. My trucker did the same trying to put the cross chains on. He ended up in the er with broken ribs and punctured lung. That was 2yrs ago and he's just getting back to some what normal. He has a friend who fell off a tanker and is in worse straights, Lynde 37 is related to him.
