Do any of you guys have one, i put a rear end in one and was going to adjust the brakes ,now its been so long since i have did this i cant remember which way to turn the star. roll it up or down to expand brakes.

I have one but am no help for your question. No more than it gets driven I doubt I will ever have to adjust them. I t did try to burn it up a couple of weeks back though. Must be sure to remember to put a fire extinguisher in the truck. Had to run into the house to get one. Was having trouble with it not running right and had the breather off. I started it up and it back fired and next thing I knew there was fire rolling out from under the hood. No real damage. Have to replace the fuel line and some wiring. Also had to replace my my drawers. Haven't run like that in years.

I can't help on the brakes either, but there must be an epidemic going on. The clutch on mine gave up yesterday. :( Still the most reliable single axle truck I've ever driven.

Jack that side of the axle up and turn the wheel, chock front and back of the other tires. I believe the star need to turn up,screwdriver at the bottom of star and pull driver handle down, till wheel stops then back off 1/2 turn. I think  ;) .
