I am currently select cutting some white oak on the farm. I ran into one today that came out being hollow on the bottom. Made a short clip of my journey for the day with this tree.

Where was the dangerous part?

When that tree committed you should have gotten out of there.  No need to stand around sawing that one up.

Nice job! Hollow ones can be little tuff. It was nice to see a tree falling in slow motion. Usually I only get to see that for a second or two and its on the ground. Thanks for posting.
