Cubed goat meat, bone in, sweet onion, spicy peppers, fresh tomatoes.
Marinate the goat meat for 24 hrs. in a meat tenderizer with papain and sweet pepper juice. Skewer everything in sequence and roast at high temp over a wood fire, turned to coals for 35-45 min. Delicious. The wood I am using is manzanita and we are serving it with a cucumber salad dressed with Thai chilies, rice vinegar, green onion and a dash of fish sauce. The 2 chicken thighs on the grill are marinated in Korean bulkoki. Great eating on a hot summer night.
No offense meant to PostonLT40HD. :D

It's been so long since I've eaten a deer I can't compare . On the k-bobs the dominate flavor is sweet and spicy peppers. Rob
