building a sawmill...

I have read a lot on this forum and recently joined. I am in the beginning stages of building a sawmill. I am leaning towards a swing mill but want to hear some opinions on what would be better... swing mill vs band mill. I am planning to build this winter but want to do enough research to make a good decision that I wont regret...  I want to also spend as least money as possible. hoping to find used parts and such so I could use some tips and tricks!!

I built it last year, it works for me, not sure what scale of operation you are looking at.

Thanks Czech_made! I am looking to do it for my own logs currently till I get everything ironed out would like to do as a small side job as well. Also build furniture. Looking to be able to handle big logs as I have a means to get bigger logs and the mill I'm having cut my logs currently he only can do 20" logs.
