Experimenting in the kitchen tonight.


Garlic and the last of the seasons Habanero Chillies


Some Onion


Kiwifruit are in season now, so $2:70 for this lot.


In the pot with a cup each of sugar and vinegar.

Cook for an hour, and into the jars.


It has a nice zing in the taste test.  ;D
Weekend warrior, Peterson JP test pilot, Dolmar 7900 and Stihl MS310 saws and  the usual collection of power tools :)
