I'm seeing a few grubs in the Pine I'm cutting. I googled and believe the are pine boarers. They are white and about 3/4" long 1/4" in dia. Will they die or leave as the wood drys out or will they continue to eat away at the finished lumber weakening it?

They will die as the MC drops below 20-22%, happens pretty quick depending on surrounding conditions... Blue wormy pine season is starting...
