Yesterday my mill cut the best it has ever cut for me. I started to day the same. I was kicking ash. Then I started cutting red oak wavy pasta. Changed the blade, same thing. 3 more blades same thing. I reset and sharpened the 5th blade and same thing. I am getting frustrated. Then I notice the left front v groove caster that the carriage rides on it acting like a cam lobe. The bearings were out. Glad that is the problem. easy fix.
