I stumbled upon these hood ornaments in my shop a little while ago while I was looking for parts, and I decided that I had to try some of my own taxidermy.





I mounted them both differently, the one on the left came out better.  Who says the wood-mizer can't saw veneer?!?  I sawed that piece real thin as a skim cut, was gonna throw it on the ground, but my cousin took it to the shop and started sanding and then put boiled linseed oil on it, green.  That was about half a year ago.  I laughed at him for saving it and putting all that work into it, yet here I am using it.  lol
