Why aren't we able to get a lot of Fiskar's products here in the states?

Anyone know if there is a way to order these?

Nice looking tongs. Not sure what the trigger is needed for, however. I've never seen them anywhere in the US. I suggest just asking your Fiskars dealer if they can get them. Often times, a dealer will just order what they think they can sell.

I own a couple pairs of the Husqvarna log tongs and like them a lot. Saves a lot of work when picking up firewood rounds - much less bending, and can pick up with one hand. It's not all that effective on split pieces.

The trigger makes a good tool a great tool. Although the Fiskars trigger looks a little gimpy.

I took a look through their catalogue, lots of cool stuff I've never seen nor heard of being sold here. I like their sappie/hookaroon.

However, they don't have their new splitting maul, the Isocore listed so they obviously cater to a different regional clientèle. Also, their warranty is 25 years in Europe, while it is lifetime here, maybe different laws?
