It may be the same company which I purchased a fair amount of Ipe  from for a couple of houses I built.  I wonder if they would be importing large diameter logs and milling in FL.  I may be completely off base on this.

It's looks like a hybrid "4 Poster".  No cantilever?????  Is that allowed for a WM?

I suspect when they sat down and worked out the logistics of cantilevering a 5ft throat bandsaw with wheels that size?

The little LT10 / 15 mills use a similar design too.
Weekend warrior, Peterson JP test pilot, Dolmar 7900 and Stihl MS310 saws and  the usual collection of power tools :)

It wouldn't really be an issue to cantilever the WM1000, but it would require a fairly tall rail, and that would mean a bed to go with it. Considering that the 1000 is not portable, there is no need for the cantilever when you are bolting the rails to a concrete slab. Gets every much lower to the ground.
