Anything someone can design, I can sure figure out how to fix!
If I say it\\\\\\\'s going to take so long, multiply that by at least 3!

Seems like the hard part is done before he ever uses it, and it would be quicker to just go ahead and pull the nail instead of switching tools and dealing with an air line.

After watchen your video I think I got one that works faster and better.
It will send a nail right out of the board. Even bent ones that gives
problems pounding out with a hammer. I put a Maple floor down in
my home that came out of a 100 year old school. I had hundreds
of nails to pull. The only problem I had was finding where the nail went
flying so I could pick them up.

I don't know about that tool, but the Nail boss  covers the shank of the nail in a tube and has an hammer inside the tube.  This prevents the nail from bending and drives it out.  If you use a hammer, it's much slower and you'll often bend the nail over as you try to knock it through, which happens a lot in hardwood and pallets and is frustrating.

Once a nail is bent it certainly is more inclined to bend again. I think a hand tool could be used with a hammer but I have no objection to using air to speed things up and make them easier.

Brad..   Can you drive a nail in w/ it too.. looks like you could.

The picture I posted is called a Palm nailer. It also has tubes of different sizes.
It's main use it to drive in nails where you dont have room to swing a hammer.
I cound take out bent nail in hard wood easy with my unit that I know could
not be done with a prybar and hammer and it's so fast.
