That there's one of them new osha approved pressure relief valves that go on a shine still. The guvment had to do something about all them shiners testing to much of their product and passing out.

Beenthere is exactly right. There is a fellow that hauls an old trailer with a toppered pickup full of old odds and ends and sets up a couple tables in the parking lot across from the state park in town. Even in winter. He was there yesterday. He knew what it was, but he said it didn't really work anymore.  Just a few dings if you pulled on the switch and shook the bell. Well, I figured this was a simple repair with one small tool, so I gave him the 10 bucks he was asking for it because I found it extremely cool.

I was right. Just a few drops of Bluecreeper and it now works perfectly!
