anybody have experience with this saw , I have a chance to get one that looks pretty nice and has good compression but with half a tank of gas in it it's speeding up and dying the vent and fuel line in tank seems to be OK and so is the line from the tank to carb I'm thinking maybe seals or boot ?

Sounds like it has a problem.. that you might want to avoid.

A 192t is not one of Stihls better models, built cheap and low power.   Steve

If it will idle, but leans out when at full throttle, you might have a clogged filter in the carburettor.

I went ahead and bought the saw for 50 bucks because it came with a brand-new gas tank throttle handle assembly and a bucket full of new parts from a scored saw so I'll just reseal the case put all the better parts together  , my first experience with a newer stihl
