Risely Sling Shot Stroke Processor

Hi there!

I have a Risely Sling Shot stroke harvester head.  Some of the functions are not working unless I hold the saw cut function down at the same time as I press another function.  I believe the wiring to the harvester head control banks is incorrect.  Does anyone have an electrical diagram that is used to install these heads on an excavator?  Any information or knowledge that anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance!

I have never laid eyes on slingshot head. But it sounds like you are loosing load sense pressure,  basically having to trick the pump on line to make the other functions work.  In the control valve, it is likely that all functions that do not work on their own are down stream of the saw valve.  There should be a resolver or check valve in the saw section that is damaged.  Any chance you have a breakdown of the control valve?
