Solar Kiln Temp Probe Locations

I am the final steps of completion of a solar kiln project.  I want to locate temp probes and humidity probes within the unit but was wondering what the recommended locations would be.

I thought of one near the highest peak of the roof, one right before the air goes into the wood stack, and one right after it comes out of the woodstack.  I figure this would give the heat lost and moisture gain throguhout the entire circulation of air.

"Conventionally", your only concern is the air going into the stack. Temperature and humidity coming out would be confusing without well controlled air flow. IMO
