Did anything or anyone get hurt?

Good reason to stay away when the loader is working, I've had a pin break on the grapple cylinder and drop a log.

Looks like you have a little welding ahead of you.  I had a barko grapple break like that. Built a new boss out of sch 80 pipe and welded it back up. Had to hone it slightly to get the bushings to fit but it worked good

Bushing failure or burned up from greasing?

I think 10000 hrs just did it in.  It certainty was not from lack of grease. Had to to cut out rod end pin for Cly as it was stuck.  The tong is off to the machine shop.  While it is down we will reseal and bush both the Cly , reseal the swivel and replace all the pins.

just file up the remaining side and use it like a pulp hook!
