STIHL 039:suggestions?

Ol' Buzz needs some guidance  8)
on a 039 I was given....freed it up, but needs main bearing.....I neeed a pull start-side cover, bar and chain.....you know what will fit it and interchange....I was told 310 would, thanks all. ;)
if anyone has parts Im huntin em

You might want to ask your local dealer what parts are interchangeable You should try ebay for the parts you could just get a saw for parts on their and build one that works from the twos parts I did that with an 066 and it works great now.

I'm not sure, but aren't the 039, 031, 029 similar in all but bore, or is that just the new 290/310/390s?  There should be lots of dead 29s around...

I think the 029 039 310 and a couple others have the same bore .....i.e same replacement parts for jug and piston......Im not sure if the plastic will interchange???
