Tonight I am making Spaghetti with meatballs and Italian sausages.

Here's my recipe for tasty, tasty, tasty meatballs:

1lb hamburger
1lb sausage, I used Bob Evans out of the tube.
1 jalapeno pepper chopped fine
1/4 red bell pepper chopped fine
1/4 green pepper chopped fine
1/4 onion chopped fine
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg beaten
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Kneed ingredients together, roll into balls, I make mine about 1.5" and then for added flavor I put them in the smoker until they reach 165deg internal. While I am smoking them I smoke a pack of Italian sausages too.
I made these last nigh and will add them to the tomato sauce I make tonight.

That's pretty much how I do them too except no jalapeno for me.

Bill, you're killing me here, first there was no Natty in the fridge shot for the storm prep, now you're taking the jalapenos out of the meatballs!!!  We need to sit down and have a serious discussion  :D

Those look good just the way they are, don't even need to put them in the Spaghetti.    ;)

My secret meatball recipe has two steps-
1. Open the freezer door at Walmart
2. Make sure to grab the Walmart brand Italian style 2# bag

Put them in your favorite flavored Ragu Sauce, add a little sugar and simmer until the flavors mixers.
I like to make my own Meatball Subs with it.
