Carter urethane [blue] tires on a Delta 20"

 Just a heads up. I blew a tire and the original style for this saw was $178 so I bought a set of Carters with the fillers for the groove. I noticed that the guides were not in the right place because the carters are thinner so I adjusted them, but then I noticed that the blade guard on the post side was just touching the carbide on the blade. This could be real bad. I was able to adjust the lower wheel over a little bit and realign and adjust the guides again.

Just a heads up to watch clearances if switching to thinner urethane tires.

Once done they worked well and are quieter. Now I need to save for Carter double bearing guides.....
