20 years ago, I bought a Christmas tree farm, and there were a lot of small Noble Firs here.  Well, now they are big, 40-50 feet tall and about 2' at the base.  Perfect size to cut up into lumber for the new house.  So, my question is are they any good for using for building materials?

Not sawn any, but the wood is sold commercially along with other species as "Hem-Fir" and is commonly used for construction.  Those trees should be fine for construction grade wood.
