is it a bench or coffee table?

Kevin just finished a piece and we are arguing how to use it.  I know he used Alissa's bench legs but it looks like a coffee table to me.

Someone had given him this interesting piece of wood to work with.  It is curved and spaulded and just a neat piece of wood.

I see a bench. Maybe for a corner?
I like it.

I always put my feet up on the coffee table  :-X Maybe they should be called coffee benches  ;) I like it whatever it is.

Normal hight for a coffee table is about 19" and for a bench is roughly 17". How tall is it? 19" would be fine for me as a bench, but then I'm 6' 4". What is the width? Average width for a coffee table is 18". Bench seat depths can be 12 - 18". Looks like it could fit the criteria for either one. I pretty much bet it will be what ever you want it to be. Well I like it, and I guess if Keven wants to sit on the coffee table it would be fine.  Of course, if you sat with him it would be a "Love Bench".   smiley_love

19" tall

20" at the widest part.

I was thinking if sat at the narrow end it could be both at the same time.  What a compromise. :D

IMO, 19" is the perfect bench height.
