 The diff lock light in my 450C wants to stay on, i know the diff is working but cant figure out why the light stays constant. Dumb question but maybe one of you guys has seen this before and knows before i go on a wild goose chase.

You got a stuck switch somewhere,my guess is where the differential lock control is. the power is getting to the light,but it cant be feeding to the locking assembly,if your differential isnt locked in!!!  just thinking  how the one in the franklin worked.

lite dim or bright? dim could be a bad ground

It been a while but I recall a simple circuit.  The diff lock valve spool extends through the valve and activates a switch on or off the switch is likely stuck. There are no pressure switches in this set up.

 I appreciate the replies, going to send the mechanic out in the cold to find out whats wrong and fix it.  :D
