what the name of the horse is on the jingle bell song  ;D

The original lyrics clearly refer to a bobtailed horse, whose name is not specified ("bobtail" is not capitalised). This is easily established, since this was first published in 1857 by a known composer, James Lord Pierpont, and the original lyrics are available online.  :)
